Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our team, focusing on the expansion of our residential projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development or sales, with a deep understanding of the real estate market in Kerala. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth in our residential project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for residential project expansion in Kerala, including emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including landowners, investors, and developers, to secure new residential projects.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with local real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to create strategic partnerships that support project acquisition and development.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, including financial analysis, project feasibility, and investment return estimates, to potential clients and partners.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Kerala market to achieve business development targets for residential projects.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, landowners, and other stakeholders to secure project agreements that align with the company's objectives.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth handover and execution of new projects, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, market trends, and project pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a preference for candidates with experience in real estate or construction.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Kerala real estate market, particularly in residential projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English, with the ability to effectively pitch and present to clients.
- Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts and relationships.
