Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for our new project in Mala, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in managing and supervising construction projects. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring that work is progressing as per the project schedule and plans.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, materials, and craftsmanship, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and solutions to resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Planning and Scheduling: Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and managing timelines to meet project milestones.
• Safety Management: Ensure that all site activities comply with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including any deviations from the plan, to project managers and stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including drawings, plans, and construction changes.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, consultants, and client representatives to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering, preferably with a civil contracting company.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
